Now, let’s get down to the serious stuff. If chocolate chip cookie was marrying another cookie I think it would be oatmeal raisin. HEAR ME OUT! I think they would balance each other well and nobody would get disappointed with getting the wrong cookie because the other one would be right there.

But in all actuality, this page is just going to be my super secret journal that nobody reads on the internet. Do you remember those diaries from when we were kids that could only open through the sound of your voice? That is this, but I am giving you a recording of my voice to peek into the journal. I want to be vulnerable and let everyone know that they are not alone and we are all figuring life out together for the first time.

I have always had a passion for creating digitally. I think it is weirdly inherited from my dad because he loved everything tech. My sister also received a digital photo and video camera in my early childhood. Maybe one day I will be brave enough to share some of those home videos with you but today is not that day. I was obsessed with filming and photography, so I was convinced I was going to get famous on YouTube in middle school.

I had a realization during the pandemic that I did not want to be a teacher. So, as a high school senior, I was searching high and low for what I could possibly study in college. I graciously stumbled upon social media or digital marketing. The missing puzzle piece for my career quest. I graduated with my Associate’s in 2022. As for my Bachelor’s degree, that is a work in progress. Life took a lot of crazy turns that you will learn later on. What I can’t spoil everything in the first episode?

All those turns lead me to this exact moment, sitting in my public library writing this post for my class. This page is not going to be just one thing; it is going to include things that bring me joy, make me anxious, figuring out my 20’s, my faith journey, and so much more. So if that sounds like something you are interested in, take a seat and buckle in for the ride!
